Yellow Wagtail

I have posted this on surfbirds, but would like the opinion of the AOS

Most seem to think this is a channel wagtail

seen near Hereford.

Neil,

cracking bird mate and certainly seems to fit 'Channel' Wagtail. Very similar to one I saw at Dungeness a couple of years back. I would say it's an adult bird, although possibly fledged last year. Has this been posted on Birdguides as one so far north and west is worthy of note?
