I went on a twitch to Cornwall on Sunday to try and bag the Buff-breasted Sandpiper, Tryngites subruficollis. I got my lifer sweet, plus two poss three Spotted Crake Porzana porzana.

Hi Richard Sounds like you are have a cracking time, have you been to the pond just outside the camp yet? It’s to the left as you head for Ralston there is a reed bed there as well as a pond. I had some great sightings there Say's Phoebe (Sayornis saya) over to the right in the rocks in the distance...

2nd Jan 2010 an unidentified Eagle flying low over the M11 just before the M25 turn off. On the M2 a Common Buzzard sat in a field.
